Troubleshooting Guide

This guide will help you quickly find the right troubleshooting article based on what you're seeing or experiencing with your Electra One controller. Just match the symptoms with the examples below to get started.

The controler fails to start

• Stuck on startup animation or splash screen?
  → Stuck at Startup
  This may be caused by a problematic preset or Lua script—often when you're developing a new preset or if a preset becomes corrupted on the SD card.

• Controller shows a black screen and doesn’t boot at all?
  → Bricked After Update
  Firmware update may have failed or installed an invalid image.

• Brief backlight flash but no startup animation?
  → Dead SD Card
  SD card may be corrupted, unreadable, or completely dead.

Power-Related Instability

• Controller keeps restarting after boot?
• Screen turns completely white?
• Random ghost touches or erratic display behavior?

  It may be caused by a weak USB power supply or bad cable.

Display Problems
